Warm salad with octopus and potatoes

Ingredients
- Potatoes 450 g
- Frozen octopus 450 g
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Parsley 5-7 sprigs
- Celery 1 stalk
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mint 1-2 sprigs
- Chili flakes ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
Cooking method

Boil the potatoes in their skins, adding 1 teaspoon of salt. This will take 30-40 minutes.
How and how much to cook potatoes
Place the octopus in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat so that the liquid boils only a little. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove both the potatoes and the octopus from the water and cool slightly.
Peel potatoes and cut into medium slices.
Combine them with butter, whole lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and chopped celery.
Cut the octopus into pieces, add to the potatoes and stir.
Chopped garlic, chopped mint and chili can be added to the salad.
