Cooking with this recipe is not at all difficult. Wheat bread in the oven is very soft on the inside and crispy and brown on the outside.

Ingredients
- Salt 1½ tsp spoons
- Compressed yeast 5 g
- Water 365 ml
- Wheat flour 500 g
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Combine salt and yeast with warm water in a deep saucepan or bowl.
Add the sifted flour and stir for about half a minute.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave warm for two hours.
Place the dough on a floured table.
Knead it with your hands to make a cake, and then pull each edge a little and fold in the shape of an envelope.
Grease a thick-walled skillet or other dish with oil and flour. Place the dough in it, smooth side up.
If the dishes are deep and there is room for the dough to rise, simply cover. If not, sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and a towel.

Leave the workpiece for half an hour.
During this time, the dough will approximately double.
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Leave a bowl of boiling water in it for 5-10 minutes.
Bake the bread for about 40-50 minutes. And then leave it to cool under a towel.
