Zucchini with minced meat, cheese and marinara sauce

The famous Italian sauce, garlic and dried herbs make these minced zucchini very flavorful. Moreover, the marinara is easy to prepare yourself.

Ingredients
- Zucchini or zucchini 6-8 pieces
- Ground beef 450 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon + for lubrication
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Marinara sauce 1 glass
- Italian herbs 1 tbsp the spoon
- Salt ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Mozzarella or hard cheese 200 g
Cooking method
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Scrape out the pulp with a spoon so that you get boats.
Chop the pulp and squeeze the liquid out of it.
Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the finely chopped onion on it for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the onion and cook for a few more seconds.
Put the minced meat and fry for 3-5 minutes, until it no longer turns red.
Add marinara sauce, squash, Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Stir, bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with butter and place the zucchini there, cut side up.
Stuff them with meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
