Creamy soup with meatballs turns out to be unusually soft and delicate in taste, and spices and herbs will help make it even more appetizing.
Boil water in a saucepan. Add small pieces of potatoes and carrots. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Salt minced meat, pepper, mix with egg and semolina. Blind the meatballs no larger than a walnut.
Toss the meatballs over the steaming vegetables. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
Chop the onion and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.
Add the onion, cream, salt and pepper to the pot of vegetables and meatballs. Stir and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
