Easy to prepare, but very tasty and aromatic dish. Stewed chicken liver goes well with any side dishes.
Wash the liver thoroughly and remove streaks and films. If the liver is very large, cut it into pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan or skillet, place the liver, cover and place over medium heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Juice will be released from the liver. But if it's not enough, add a little water.
Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in oil separately.
Place the roast over the liver and stir.
Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add water if necessary.
Finally, add the bay leaf cube, cover the saucepan and stir the dish after 1 minute.
