Cobb salad with turkey, cheese and mustard dressing

Cobb salad is a traditional American dish. Its peculiarity is that the ingredients are not mixed, but stacked in rows on salad leaves.

Ingredients
- Turkey breast 220-250 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Bacon 4 strips
- Avocado 1 piece
- Hard cheese 100-150 g
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Red wine vinegar 3 tbsp spoons
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp the spoon
- Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
- Green onions to taste
Cooking method
Rub the breast with half the butter and season with salt and pepper.
Place in a baking dish and cook for 40-50 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool it down.

Place the bacon in a skillet over medium heat and fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp.
Transfer the bacon to a paper towel and cool.
Cut the turkey, eggs, avocado, and cheese into roughly equal pieces. Chop the bacon. Cut the tomatoes in half.
Whisk the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. While whisking, pour in the remaining butter.
Place the salad leaves on a large platter. Lay eggs, tomatoes, turkey, avocado, bacon and cheese in rows on top.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with chopped onions.
