The advanced training program "Management Accounting" helps to study the features of preparing internal management information of an enterprise, analyze it and develop the appropriate skills and abilities necessary to make the right management decisions in high-tech companies.

- Conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of modern management accounting and controlling.
- Functions for collecting, processing and analyzing internal information of an organization to control activities and make management decisions in conditions of high turbulence in the technology market.
- Skills in using modern controlling and budgeting methods.
- Skills and abilities necessary to maintain management accounting and organize the budgeting process.
As a result of studying this course, students will gain knowledge about the approaches and models of modern management accounting, will acquire the skills and abilities of drawing up management forms and analyzing the received data.
