Puff salad with pork, eggs, potatoes and cheese

The pork salad turns out to be hearty and tasty, although it is prepared with simple ingredients. This can even be put on a festive table.

Ingredients
- Pork 400-450 g
- Salt to taste
- Potatoes 4-5 pieces
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Table vinegar 1 tsp the spoon
- Sugar ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Hard cheese 150 g
Cooking method
Place the pork in a saucepan of salted boiling water and cook for about 1 hour. Cool it down.

Cook the potatoes in their uniforms. Cool and clean.

Chop the onion finely. Put it in a bowl, add vinegar, sugar and 1 pinch of salt.
Stir the onions and let sit while you prepare the rest.
Cut the meat into small pieces. Grate eggs and cheese.
Place half of the ingredients in this order: meat, onions, potatoes, eggs. Salt the pork. Cover everything except the eggs with mayonnaise.
Repeat the layers one more time. Brush the last layer of eggs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. The cheese can be decorated with a mayonnaise net.
