Pasta with spinach, peas and pesto

This spinach pasta is a quick, simple yet delicious meal. Spaghetti is served in a sauce of herbs, vegetables, pesto, cream and parmesan.

Ingredients
- Spaghetti 400 g
- Salt to taste
- Spinach 100 g + for decoration
- Frozen green peas 140 g
- Basil ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ bunch
- Pesto 3 tbsp spoons
- Cream, 10-20% fat 150 ml
- Parmesan 50 g + for sprinkling
- Ground black pepper to taste

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, pour boiling water over spinach and peas for 3-4 minutes. The polka dots should be soft.
Drain and place the spinach and peas in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
Add basil leaves, pesto, cream, and grated parmesan.
Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass.
Drain the liquid from the spaghetti into a separate bowl.

Pour all the sauce into a pot of spaghetti, stir and cook over low heat for several minutes.
If the pasta seems a little dry, pour in some of the water in which the spaghetti was boiled.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with spinach.
