Beef fried with green beans and peppers

Meat and vegetables are beneficially complemented by sweet and sour sauce with lime juice. It is thanks to him that beef with green beans turns out to be very aromatic.

Ingredients
- Sugar 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 6 tbsp spoons
- Lime juice 3 tbsp spoons
- Chili flakes 1 tsp the spoon
- Garlic 6-8 cloves
- Peanut butter 4 tbsp spoons
- Sirloin beef steak 300-400 g
- Fresh or frozen green beans 250 g
- Yellow or red bell pepper 1-2 pieces
- Cornstarch 2 tsp spoons
- Green onions to taste
- Onions ¹⁄₂ – 1 piece
Cooking method
Combine sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, chili and minced garlic.
Gradually add 3 tablespoons of oil, whisking the mixture with a whisk.
Cut the beef into strips across the grain.
Marinate the meat in the soy mixture for 15–20 minutes.
In a skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium-high heat.
Place the meat in there, leaving the marinade in a bowl. Fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Place the green beans and peppers, cut into strips, into the skillet. Add onions if desired. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
If the beans are fresh, cut them into several pieces before doing so.
Pour starch into the marinade and mix thoroughly.
Pour it over the vegetables and cook for 30 seconds or until the sauce thickens.
Place the beef in the skillet and cook for another 30 seconds. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions.
