Caesar with chicken and anchovy dressing

The salad dressing is made with anchovies, parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic and wine vinegar. This chicken caesar will be delicious and very flavorful.

Ingredients
- Ciabatta ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ loaf
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Chicken breast fillet 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Canned anchovy fillets 2 pieces
- Parmesan 100 g
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp spoons
- White wine vinegar 1 tbsp the spoon
- Romaine salad 1 head of cabbage
Cooking method
Tear or cut the bread into large pieces.
Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 8-10 minutes. Stir several times in the process. Cool it down.
Rub the chicken with the remaining oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the fillets.

Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cool it down.
How to tell if a chicken is ready
Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop with a knife.

Mash the anchovy fillets with a fork. Combine with garlic, some grated cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
The dressing should have a yoghurt consistency. If it is thicker, dilute it 1-2 tsp. spoons of water.
Chop the lettuce leaves coarsely. Add half the chopped chicken and half the croutons.
Drizzle over most of the dressing and stir.
Top with the rest of the chicken and croutons. Drizzle with dressing.
Use a vegetable peeler to cut the parmesan into small thin slices and sprinkle them over the salad.
