Heavy cream will appear on top of the milk, and liquid will appear below. Transfer it all to a blender bowl.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar or extract and beat until smooth.
It is better not to add all the sugar at once, but add it in parts, adjusting the sweetness of the future ice cream to your taste.
Pour the coconut into a freezer-safe lidded container.
Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir the mixture every 30-60 minutes.
