Serve this mouth-watering crunchy snack with your favorite sauce. These baked green beans are very easy and quick to cook.
Whisk the beer, flour, salt and pepper until the dough is smooth.
Cut off the ends of the beans. Cut it into several pieces if desired.
In a deep skillet, heat just enough oil to float the beans.
Lightly coat the green beans with flour to help the batter adhere.
Dip each piece in batter, shake off excess and put in hot oil. Cook in batches.
Fry each batch until crisp on all sides.
Place the cooked beans on a paper towel to drain off excess fat.
