An amazingly tasty and aromatic dish. Breaded chicken sticks can be served with a side dish or as an appetizer, along with some delicious sauce.
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and then pat dry.
Wrap each breast in plastic wrap.
Use a meat hammer to beat off the breasts as thin as possible.
Cut them into thin strips of equal width.
Leave on a plate for a while, sprinkle with salt.
Pour flour, salt and pepper into a separate bowl. In another, beat the eggs lightly, and in the third, pour in the bread crumbs.
Dip each piece of breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Pour oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat.
Fry the breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crisp.
