Canned fish soup is a delicious and very simple dish, the flavor of which is given by cheese. Try cooking instead of your usual meat options.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, onions and carrots into small pieces.
Drain the liquid from the canned food, mash the fish with a fork.
Fry the carrots and onions in oil until golden brown.
Boil water in a saucepan, add potatoes and cheese there and cook for about 20 minutes.
Regular processed cheese may not dissolve. So look for the label “for soup” or “for hot meals” on the packaging, or take cream cheese.
Then throw in the frying with canned food, salt and leave on the fire for another 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
