Cheesecakes with kefir

Soft dough and delicate, golden-brown filling are perfect in these simple baked goods. Cheese cakes are a great addition to tea or soup.

Ingredients
- Butter 80 g
- Kefir 250 ml
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Fresh yeast 25 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flour 250 g
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Cheese 250 g
- Greens to taste
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
Cooking method
Melt the butter and mix with kefir, yolk, yeast and sugar. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Pour the flour and salt into the kefir mixture little by little, kneading the dough. Cover it with plastic wrap or a towel and let it warm for an hour.
For the filling, coarsely grate the cheese and stir with two raw eggs, chopped herbs and sour cream.
Divide the dough into small pieces and knead each slightly to make a flat cake.
Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet.
Lightly flour the bottom of a small glass and make indentations in each piece.
Brush each cheesecake with whipped egg white and place the filling in the slots.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C.
