Quick donuts on kefir

Crispy and ruddy on the outside, soft and slightly stringy on the inside - donuts with kefir according to this recipe will be the perfect hearty breakfast.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 2 cups
- Flour 155 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp spoons
- Salt 1 pinch
- Milk 55 ml
- Kefir 55 ml
- Sugar 50 g
- Butter 55 g
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste

The dough is so easy to prepare that you have time to knead it while the deep-fat oil warms up. First, combine the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Whisk milk and kefir separately with sugar and melted but slightly chilled butter. When the sugar crystals are dissolved, add the liquid to the dry ingredients.

Knead the dough with a spatula until all ingredients are combined.
Do not knead too long or vigorously, otherwise the finished donuts will become rubbery.
Lightly grease your palms with vegetable oil, take about half a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place it gently in the heated oil and fry until a pronounced golden brown color.

Place the finished donuts on napkins to absorb excess fat.

Donuts made according to this recipe are best served immediately after preparation, sprinkled with powdered sugar or rolled in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
