Pork skewers in a pan

Pork shashlik in a frying pan turns out to be very juicy, tender and with a garlic aroma. It can be served with sauces and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Pork fillet 600 g
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive oil 3¹⁄₂ tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Parsley 1-2 sprigs
- Salt 1-2 tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₂ – 1 tsp. the spoon
- Mix of spices for meat 1 tsp the spoon
- Dry chili ¹⁄₂ – 1 tsp. the spoon
Cooking method
Soak the skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.

Remove all fat and veins from the pork. Cut the meat into 5–7 cm pieces.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Three tablespoons are enough.
Combine lemon juice with three tablespoons of butter, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and other spices.
Toss the pork and marinade and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Place the prepared meat on skewers.
Heat the remaining marinade in the microwave for a couple of minutes so that it begins to bubble slightly.
Grease a frying pan with oil and put on high heat. Fry the pork until golden brown on each side.

Brush the meat with warmed marinade during cooking.
The easiest way to do this is with a brush.
To make sure the meat is done, cut a piece with a knife. The released juice should be clear.

Leave the kebabs for 5 minutes before serving. Add tomato and other sauces to the meat.
