Pork with apples and ginger

This dish is an interesting combination of flavors and aromas. Baked apples perfectly complement the most tender pork, and ginger adds spice.

Ingredients
- Pork 500 g
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- Ginger 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Apples 2 pieces

Cut the pork into small pieces. Mix with soy sauce and finely grated ginger, leave in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
A piece of ginger no more than a centimeter thick is enough.
In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Fry the pork for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the onion into half rings or smaller. Pass the garlic through a press. Add to the pork and cook, covered, for another 3-5 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Transfer the meat to it.
Add the sliced apples and the marinade left over from the meat. Stir.
Cover the tin with foil and roast the pork for about an hour at 160 ° C.
