Creamy chocolate ice cream

There are only four ingredients in this dessert. Such chocolate ice cream comes out incredibly tender and soft, with a rich taste and aroma.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 100 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cream, 10% fat 100 ml
- Cream, 33% fat 300 ml
Cooking method
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in an ovenproof container.
Add sugar and cream 10% fat.

While stirring, melt the mixture in a water bath. You can use the microwave, melting for 10-15 seconds in several stages and stirring after each approach.
The mass should become a uniform brown color.
Leave the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature.
Pour cold cream 33% fat into a deep bowl.
Beat them with a mixer until fluffy. Start at low mixer speed and gradually increase to maximum.
Pour the chocolate mass into the whipped cream and stir until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid, close it and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Periodically, it is better to stir the mass to make the ice cream even more homogeneous.
Allow the ice cream to thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.
