Burger with chicken cutlet and mozzarella

This chicken cutlet burger has an unusual ingredient. Mozzarella is hidden inside the cutlet, which melts when frying and becomes stringy.

Ingredients
- Breadcrumbs ¹⁄₂ cup
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Grated Parmesan ¹⁄₄ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Minced chicken 450 g
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Dried oregano ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Dried basil ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Dried parsley ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Grated Parmesan ¹⁄₄ cup
- Mozzarella 4 slices
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Burger buns 4 pieces
- Lettuce leaves 4 pieces
- Tomato 1-2 pieces
- Marinara sauce to taste
Cooking method
Combine the breading ingredients.
Chop the garlic and combine with all the cutlet ingredients except the mozzarella.
Divide the minced meat into four parts. Form each into a tortilla, place a piece of mozzarella on top and fold the edges so that the cheese is inside.
Breaded the cutlets in the prepared mixture on all sides.
Heat oil in a skillet. Place the patties in there and cook over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.

Cut the buns in half lengthways and place the lettuce, cutlets and tomato slices on top of them. Cover with tops.
Instead of a tomato, you can cover the cutlets with marinara sauce.
