Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Bulgarian pepper 50 g
- Fresh or canned pineapple 225 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Oatmeal ¹⁄₂ cup
- Salt ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Ground beef 450 g
- Sweet and sour sauce or barbecue sauce to taste
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons

Cut the pineapple into small pieces. If you are using canned food, fold it in a colander before using it to drain excess liquid.

In a bowl, beat the egg lightly and combine with the oatmeal, onion, pepper and salt.
Add minced meat and pineapple and stir well.
Form patties and place on a greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, brush the cutlets with sauce.
To check the doneness, pierce the patties with a knife or fork: the inside of the meat should be brown, not pinkish.
