Soup with stew and vegetables

This dish will help out if you need to quickly cook something from the most common ingredients. The stewed soup turns out to be rich, hearty and aromatic.

Ingredients
- Beef stew 300-350 g
- Water 2โ2ยนโโ l
- Potatoes 3-5 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Butter 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Dried bay leaves 1-2 pieces
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Cut the stew into a piece, you can do it right in the jar.
Put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and put on fire.
While the water is heating, cut the potatoes into strips or chunks, and the onions into small cubes. Grate the carrots.
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onions and carrots and fry until golden brown.
Put the potatoes in boiling water with stew and salt to taste.
When the potatoes are tender, add the bay leaf and the onion and carrot stir-fry to the soup.
Cook for a couple of minutes and add chopped herbs to the soup.
Stir, remove from heat, cover and let it brew for 5 minutes.
