Ingredients
- Butter 20 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Hard cheese 20 g
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp spoons
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
Cooking method
Prepare the filling. To do this, mix soft butter with minced garlic, chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Form this mixture into two equal cubes and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
During this time, separate the small chicken fillet from the large one, cut each of them lengthwise. You will have four blanks for two patties.
Cover the fillets with cling film and beat, then salt and pepper.
Now you can start forming cutlets. Wrap the filling tightly in the beaten tenderloin fillet and in the large fillet.
Cool the pieces in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to prevent the patties from falling apart during cooking.
Then roll them in flour, then in a beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Place the patties in the freezer for another 15 minutes and repeat the breading again in the same way as in the previous step.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil until crisp.
Then send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
