Ingredients
- Potato 200 g
- Salt to taste
- Butter 30 g
- Fresh pressed yeast 25 g
- Sugar 13 g
- Flour 450-550 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.

Transfer 250 ml of liquid from a saucepan to a bowl. Cool slightly.
If the potato broth is not enough, add water.
Mash the potatoes to make a puree and stir in the butter.
Add yeast, sugar and 10 g of salt to warm potato broth. Stir to dissolve.
Add the liquid to the potatoes and stir again so that the mass is free of lumps.
Add flour little by little and stir first with a spoon and then with your hands. You should have a dough that is practically non-sticky.
Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a towel and leave warm for 40 minutes.
Remember the dough lightly and return to heat for another 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on it. Mash it a little to make a cake.
Roll the cake into a tight roll. Pinch the edges.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place a roll on top of it. Cover with a towel and let sit for 30 minutes.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 220 ° C.
