An unusual dessert with fruity and spicy notes. It is done quite simply, but you have to wait a few hours for the chocolate truffles to freeze.
Peel the mango and purée with a blender.
How to eat mango
Boil the cream. Remove from heat and stir in curry.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave, leaving about a fifth.
When the chocolate is melted, pour the rest, finely chopped or grated into it.
Mix the chocolate, cream and mango puree together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
When the mass hardens, remove it from the refrigerator and mold balls.
One ball will need about 2 teaspoons of the mass.
Dip the cocoa balls on all sides.
Place truffles on plastic wrap or parchment and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
