Buckwheat casserole turns out to be especially tasty if you add chicken fillet, golden onions and champignons or any other mushrooms to it.

Ingredients
- Buckwheat 250 g
- Butter 50 g
- Chicken fillet 250 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Champignons or other mushrooms 180 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sour cream 400 g
- Cheese 100 g
- Eggs 2 pieces

Fry buckwheat in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes, and then boil.

When the cereal is cooked, season it with butter.

Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Chop the onion and mushrooms medium-sized.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Fill in the mushrooms, and after 3-5 minutes the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
After 5-7 minutes, add half the sour cream to the chicken with mushrooms and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine the remaining sour cream with the beaten eggs.
Put in layers in a mold: half buckwheat and a little cheese, frying, sour cream and egg sauce and the remaining buckwheat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated to 150-170 ° С for about 15-20 minutes.
