Lean soup with beans, broccoli and mushrooms

This lean soup is made with water, but is filling and nutritious thanks to the beans and mushrooms. Onions, chili and fresh herbs add a wonderful aroma to the dish.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Chili pepper 1 piece
- Champignons 5 pieces
- Broccoli 5-6 inflorescences
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Canned beans 200-250 g
- Water 1ยนโโ โ 2 l
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
Cooking method
Chop onion and chili finely.
Cut the mushrooms into slices or slices, chop the broccoli.
Put the onion and chili in a frying pan with butter and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, broccoli, and beans along with the liquid from the jar. You can also add chopped beans.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
At this time, bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Send the contents of the frying pan there, add salt and cook for 20 minutes.
You can add potatoes to the soup along with other vegetables, mushrooms and beans. If this is the case, cook the soup until the potatoes are tender.
When the soup is almost ready, add the chopped herbs.
