Creamy pumpkin paste in one bowl

Pasta with pumpkin in a creamy sauce is cooked on the strength for about 15 minutes, if you have a glass of pumpkin puree and the same amount of cream cheese on hand.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Dried red pepper to taste
- Ground coriander ½ tsp spoons
- Thyme 2 sprigs
- Cream cheese 1 glass
- Pumpkin puree 1 cup
- Broth or water 1 l
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Spaghetti 200 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Sage to taste

Salt the onion pieces in oil until transparent, add garlic passed through a press, a little dried red pepper, coriander and thyme to them.
You can add other vegetables to the onion base, replace thyme with sage or a mixture of Italian herbs.

After half a minute, add a glass of cream cheese and pumpkin puree to the onion.
You can make mashed potatoes yourself: bake the pumpkin at 200 degrees until soft (about 40 minutes) and grind with a blender.

Now add a liter of liquid - water or broth, bring to a boil and leave the saucepan with pasta on fire for 10 minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste a couple of minutes before cooking.
The sauce will seem a little thin at first, but it will thicken quickly thanks to the wheat gluten in the spaghetti.

Serve immediately before it is too thick and loses its creamy texture. Garnish with grated Parmesan and sage leaves.
