If you don't have a stove on hand, make pancakes in a slow cooker. They will turn out to be as thin and ruddy as when frying in a pan.
In one bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; in another, whisk milk and eggs.
Knead the dough: add dry ingredients to the egg and milk mixture in small portions and mix thoroughly with a whisk. The consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
Open the lid of the multicooker and set the Bake or Fry setting to 1 hour.
Wait for the bowl to warm up well. Brush it with vegetable oil and use a shallow ladle to pour the dough into the bottom.
Fry each pancake for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Turn very gently with a wooden or silicone spatula.
