Mashed potato soup with bacon

This mashed potato soup cooks very quickly and turns out delicious. Bacon and cheese will diversify the flavor of the vegetable and the delicate texture of the dish.

Ingredients
- Small potato 1 piece
- Water 170 ml
- Corn flour 2 tsp spoons
- Small onion 1 piece
- 1 slice bacon
- Cheddar 30 g
- Chicken broth 115 ml
- Milk 60 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sour cream to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Take a deep bowl, cover it with water, place the potatoes and microwave for 3-4 minutes at maximum power until the vegetable is tender.
Meanwhile, sauté the bacon over medium heat in a skillet without oil.
Drain the excess water from the bowl and add cornmeal to the potatoes (this will add the desired viscosity), finely chopped onions and bacon, and grated hard cheese.

Pour in broth (chicken broth can be replaced with vegetable one), milk and mix everything thoroughly. You can use a blender.

Season with salt, pepper and microwave for 2-3 minutes. The recommended power is 1200 watts. If your appliance is weaker, lengthen the cooking time.
Serve the soup with sour cream and chopped herbs.
