Pastry wreath with cheese and mushroom sauce

The dough wreath is baked with a creamy sauce of four types of cheese. The finished buns can then be broken off and dipped in hot, stretching sauce.

Ingredients
- Yeast dough 1 kg
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Champignons 100 g
- Cheddar 50 g
- Parmesan 50 g
- Mozzarella 100 g
- Cream cheese 50 g
- Dried garlic 1 tsp the spoon
- Dried oregano 1 tsp the spoon
- Chili flakes ¼ tsp spoons
- Cream 70 ml
- Salt to taste
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Greens 1 bunch

Divide the dough into 14-16 balls. A baking dish - better detachable - grease with oil.

Spread the balls of dough around the perimeter of the mold. Let them distance.
Chop the onion and mushrooms finely. Grate the cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella.
Pour some oil into a skillet and saute the onions until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms to the onion and cook until the liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and cool.
Add cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese and all the spices to the pan. Pour in the cream.
Mix well and salt. Add chopped herbs if desired.
Place the filling in the center of the baking dish with the buns around it. Brush the dough with egg yolk.
Send the resulting "wreath" to an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 25 minutes.
