A champagne and rosemary pomegranate cocktail can be made easily at home. You don't have to be a professional bartender to surprise your guests.
First, divide the rosemary leaves and pomegranate seeds into ice cube trays. Pour the contents of the molds with water and send them to the freezer until they solidify.
When ice forms, start preparing the cocktail itself. Squeeze lime juice, mix it with sugar, pour in pomegranate juice and champagne.
Mash the pomegranate and rosemary separately. Transfer the resulting gruel to cheesecloth and squeeze into a container with a cocktail.
Pour the drink into glasses and top up with ice cubes.
