Chicken in lemon honey sauce with ginger

Ingredients
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp spoons
- Rice vinegar 2 tbsp spoons
- Chicken breast 750 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Chicken broth ¾ cup
- Lemon juice ¾ cup
- Honey 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp spoons
- Lemon zest 1 piece
- Ground ginger 1 pinch
- Sesame to taste
- Green onions to taste
- Lemon to taste
Cooking method
Mix the soy sauce with the rice vinegar, pour into a bag, put the chicken there, and refrigerate the bag for at least 10 minutes (you can marinate for up to 8 hours).
Then season with salt and pepper the breasts on both sides, cut into small pieces and fry in a skillet in olive oil until tender. Then place the chicken on a separate plate.
In the same skillet, combine all the ingredients for the sauce, bring it to a boil and cook until thickened for 5-7 minutes. Then add the chicken pieces there, mix well with the sauce and remove from heat.
When serving, garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, lemon wedges.
