Honey glazed chicken with vegetables

Prepare a hearty vegetable side dish and Asian-style spicy chicken with this recipe in just one pot. It's incredibly delicious.

Ingredients
- Olive oil 35 ml
- Chicken thigh 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onions 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Hot sauce 50 ml
- Honey 65 ml
- Green onions to taste
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
Preheat a heavy-bottomed frying pan or roasting pan, add olive oil. Cut off excess fat and films from chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then put in the heated oil, skin side down.

Leave the thighs on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then transfer to a separate plate.

Drain about a third of the fat from the pan and use the rest to sauté the onion half rings and minced garlic.

After a couple of minutes, add the sweet peppers, cut into strips, along with the potato pieces. Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.

Place the chicken thighs over the contents of the skillet. Mix hot sauce (we used sriracha sauce) with honey.
You can choose any hot sauce and vary the severity of the glaze to your liking.

Spread about ⅔ of the frosting over the chicken thighs and bake everything in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (time depends on the size of the thighs).

Cover the surface of the cooked chicken with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions and / or sesame seeds before serving.
