1. Ham rolls with cheese, eggs and Korean carrots
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 1 processed cheese (90 g);
- 1-2 tablespoons Korean carrots;
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- any greens - optional, to taste;
- 200 g ham.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate eggs and cold cheese on a fine grater or cut into cubes. Chop the carrots finely. Add mayonnaise and pepper to all of these ingredients and mix. You can put some chopped greens.
Cut the ham into very thin slices. You can take the finished cut. Place some filling over each slice of ham and roll into a roll. If they fall apart, secure with skewers. Decorate with herbs if desired.

2. Cucumber rolls with cream cheese and red fish
Ingredients
- 90 g smoked red fish;
- a few sprigs of dill;
- 220 g cream cheese;
- ½ teaspoon dried garlic;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 long cucumbers.
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces, chop the dill. Combine them with cream cheese, garlic and pepper. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into very thin strips. Grease each with the filling, just short of the edge, and roll them into rolls.

3. Lavash rolls with Korean carrots, ham and tomato
Ingredients
- 200 g ham;
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- 1 thin pita bread;
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 150 g of Korean carrots;
- ½ bunch of dill - optional.
Preparation
Chop ham and tomatoes into small cubes. Unroll the pita bread and brush it with mayonnaise. Spread the ham, tomatoes and carrots on it. Chopped dill can be added. Gently roll the pita bread and cut into pieces.

4. Egg pancake rolls with crab sticks and cheese
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 3 crab sticks;
- 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- a few sprigs of dill.
Preparation
Beat one egg with a whisk and spread it over the hot oil pan. Fry lightly on both sides to form a pancake. Bake two more of the same and cool.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Unwrap each crab stick and place them individually on the pancakes. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with mayonnaise mesh and chopped dill. Roll each pancake into a tight roll and cut into several pieces.

5. Cucumber rolls with ham, cheese and avocado
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 long cucumbers;
- 100-150 g of ham;
- 6-8 thin slices of cheese;
- a few sprigs of parsley.
Preparation
Knead avocado pulp with a fork. Add chopped garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper and stir. Using a vegetable cutter or other appliance, cut the cucumbers lengthwise into very thin, even strips. You will need about 15 of them.
Lay out the strips on the board so that the long edges overlap slightly. Spread the mashed avocado over the cucumbers. Spread thin slices of ham on top, and put cheese on top. Then gently roll into a tight roll, starting on the long side.
Cut the rolls into several pieces and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

6. Ham rolls with tuna, eggs and pepper
Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 100 g canned tuna;
- 1 fresh or pickled bell pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise + for decoration (optional);
- 200-250 g ham;
- a few olives for decoration, optional.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Mash the eggs and fish with a fork. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise.
Slice the ham into very thin slices - you can use a ready-made cut. Place the filling on each bite and roll. Garnish with mayonnaise and olives if desired.

7. Red fish rolls with cream cheese
Ingredients
- 200 g smoked red fish;
- 100-150 g cream cheese;
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice - optional;
- a few sprigs of parsley.
Preparation
Cut the fish into long slices. Mix cheese with lemon juice if desired. Brush the fish with cheese, roll with rolls and secure with skewers. Garnish with parsley.

8. Cucumber rolls with feta, pepper and tomato
Ingredients
- ½ bell pepper;
- 1 tomato;
- 200 g feta;
- salt to taste;
- 2 long cucumbers;
- a few green onion feathers are optional.
Preparation
Cut the pepper and peeled tomato into small pieces. Mash the feta with a fork and mix with the vegetables. Salt.
Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into very thin strips. Place some filling on the edge and roll up. If necessary, secure with skewers or tie with thin onion feathers.

9. Tortilla rolls with avocado, tomato and cream cheese
Ingredients
- 1 avocado;
- 1 small tomato;
- 60 g cream cheese;
- a few sprigs of parsley;

- ½ teaspoon dried garlic or 1 fresh clove
- ½ teaspoon paprika;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 tortillas.
Preparation
Cut the avocado and tomato into small cubes. Add cheese, chopped parsley, lime juice, dried or fresh chopped garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Spread the filling over the tortillas. Roll them up and cut them into several pieces.

10. Sausage rolls with cream cheese, pepper and olives
Ingredients
- 150-200 g salami or other sausage;
- 230 g cream cheese;
- ½ bell pepper;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- a handful of olives.
Preparation
Cut the sausage into very thin slices. You can use ready-made slices. Spread cling film on the table and place the plates overlapping each other so that you get a rectangle.
Gently brush the sausage with cream cheese. Place small pieces of pepper on one narrow side, chopped parsley in the middle, and then pieces of olives.
Roll everything into a tight roll using plastic wrap. Seal the edges with foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then cut into portioned rolls.
