1. Chicken rolls in bacon with cheese and ham

Preparation
Beat the breasts to a thickness of about 3 mm. Brush them with softened butter on one side and sprinkle with thyme. Place ham and cheese on top of each chicken and roll into rolls. Wrap each with 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Preparation

3. Salad with chicken, mushrooms, eggs and nuts
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 700 g of champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers;
- 70 g of walnuts;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation
Rub the chicken with salt and pepper. Reheat in frying pan half the oil and fry the fillets on both sides until tender.

- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Preparation
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham and cucumber into strips. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press. Combine all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
5. Cheese balls
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 2 processed cheese (90 g each);
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise;
- ½ bunch of dill;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 2-3 tablespoons of ground paprika.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate them and processed cheese on a fine grater. Add pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
Chop the dill very finely. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Pour the paprika onto a dish.
Roll into small balls from the cheese and egg mass. Dip some of them in dill, a few more in cheese, and the rest in paprika.

6. Crab paste tartlets
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 150 g crab sticks;
- 100 g of curd cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;

Preparation
Boil hard boiled eggs, cool and peel. Cut the middle pieces into chunks along with the crab sticks. Punch them blender with cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Fill the tartlets with chilled paste.
7. Chocolate truffles
Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream;
- 200 g dark chocolate (if you want your truffles to be sweeter, use 100 g dark chocolate and 100 g milk chocolate);
- 200 g coconut flakes.
Preparation
Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring it almost to a boil. Add the chocolate pieces and stir until smooth. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Use a small spoon to scoop up the mass and use your hands to form balls from it. If the chocolate mixture is tough, you can slightly heat the spoon. Coat the truffles with coconut.
8. Spicy gingerbread cake with butter cream
Ingredients
- 230 g butter;
- 150 g brown sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- vanilla flavoring to taste;
- 200 g flour;
- 1½ teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves;
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- 150 g icing sugar;
- 170 g cream cheese.
Preparation
Beat 170 g softened butter, sugar, egg, honey and vanilla flavor with a mixer. Add flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Line the bottom of the 20 x 20 cm mold with parchment. Distribute the dough and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Cool the cake.
Use a mixer to beat the remaining soft butter. While whisking, add the powdered sugar, vanilla flavor, and cream cheese. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Cover the cake with cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
9. Cranberry cocktail with champagne
Ingredients
