Workout of the Day: Just 4 Minutes of Work for Strong Abs

If you've promised yourself to start training for a long time, but are constantly postponing this event, try this super short and effective set. Just 4 minutes - and you can go on with your business.
The complex consists of four core exercises:
- Driving in the bar.
- Lowering the hips to the sides.
- Bringing the knees to the triceps in the bar.
- Holding the twist.
Do each exercise for 30 seconds and rest the rest of the minute. You can do it from the video - there is a timer, and during rest they show how to perform the next exercise.
If you are in good physical shape, you can exclude rest intervals: the exercises are selected in such a way that the abdominal muscles can withstand constant work. In this case, you will keep within 2 minutes, and in 4 you can close two circles.
After this workout, you will most likely want to do something else. If so, do 1-4 laps or try another lap set from our stock.
