Workout of the Day: Just One Exercise to Fully Boost Your Body

This complex consists of two burpees. It's hard to find an exercise that simultaneously loads so many muscles, wastes tons of calories, builds endurance and doesn't require any equipment.
The complex includes complicated burpees: with a high jump "knees to chest" and with a roll back. The extra movement will put more stress on your legs and core and make your workout really powerful and effective.
You should not try these exercises if you have problems with the cardiovascular system, a large excess weight, or other conditions in which work at high intensity is contraindicated.

Do burpee within 30 seconds, rest the remainder of the minute and begin the next interval. Make six intervals of each type - first one, then the other.
