Ingredients
- Beef 500 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Tomato paste 1½ tbsp spoons
- Water 960 ml
- Cream 40 g
- Spaghetti 180 g
- Sour cream 100 ml
- Parsley greens ½ bunch
Cooking method
-
First, cut the beef into 2–2½ cm slices and beat. Pieces of meat should be cut into strips across the grain.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped onions on it until transparent. Then place the beef cut into strips to it and wait for the meat to grab from all sides.
-
Season the dish with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Add flour and tomato paste, and then stir and cover everything with water and cream. When the liquid comes to a boil, stir the contents of the pan and add the spaghetti.
For a richer taste, you can substitute vegetable or meat broth for the water.
-
Cover and cook the spaghetti for 15 minutes. When there are 5 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the lid, stir the contents and let the excess moisture evaporate.
Then remove the skillet from the heat and quickly combine the meat and spaghetti with the sour cream so that it doesn't curl up.
-
Serve with parsley and pepper to taste.
