Muesli bars with coconut, chocolate and seeds

Muesli bars are ideal for those who don't have time to eat. Spend 10 minutes - the stove will do the rest for you - and you will have something to eat on the run.

Ingredients
- Oat flakes requiring cooking 3½ cups
- Flour ¼ glass
- Sunflower seeds, shelled ½ cup
- Chopped dark chocolate 1 cup
- Coconut flakes ½ cup
- Vanillin 1 sachet
- Vegetable oil 120 ml
- Honey 160 ml
Cooking method

Combine oatmeal, flour, seeds, chocolate, coconut and vanillin.

Combine the vegetable oil and honey separately. And then - with dry ingredients.
The oil can be anything. The main thing is without a pronounced taste and smell.

Cover a dish or baking sheet with oiled parchment. Spread the mixture as evenly as possible, 2 to 2.5 centimeters thick.

Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
Hot muesli is incredibly fragile. Therefore, carefully transfer the crust to a board, separate from the parchment and let cool.
Cut the cake into bars of any shape and size. Store them in a refrigerator or airtight container.
