Ingredients
- Chicken wings 10 pieces
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground paprika 1 tsp the spoon
- Ground cayenne pepper 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Tomato paste 50 g
- Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp spoons
- Butter 70 g
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Dried garlic ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
Cooking method
Rinse your wings. If you don't like the skin, remove it. Cut each wing in half at the joint. It's more convenient to fry and eat this way.
Combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Roll your wings in this breading.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and oiled with vegetable oil.
Cook the wings in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 180 ° C.
At this time, in a small saucepan, combine the tomato paste, tabasco sauce, and butter. Pepper, add garlic.
Place the saucepan and sauce over medium heat. Stir constantly and cook until the butter melts.
Remove the wings from the oven, generously brush with the prepared sauce.
