Life:
Generally an awesome thought. I share:

- a dog is like two good psychotherapists

If you think you hate everyone, you are hungry. If it seems to you that everyone hates you, you want to sleep. If you think you are depressed, check your vitamin D and iron levels.

Change focus from negative to good things in life. It’s straight every day to find something for which you can thank life, what pleased you, what was good. This is a basic topic in psychotherapy.
It seems like a trifle, but concentration on the negative och strongly poisons life.- Cherry wine (@Gom_gom_gomn) July 28, 2020
Investing in a psychologist and an education that interests you is the best investment.
The planter can be used as a pot, the main thing is to put enough drainage on the bottom.
Figure out how to sort your trash and where to take it, reduce all disposables, it's easy, but very important.- Katya Vakulenko (@katyavakulenko_) July 28, 2020

you need to know English very well. very good - this is when you can calmly read unadapted books (not art, but non-fiction)

if a mountain has accumulated, and there is absolutely no strength to approach them, you just need to quietly and hopelessly start with small uninteresting things like washing dishes or sorting out mail. you dismiss such little things, and they spoil the mood pretty much, but a lot of things are already a reason for pride

Never suffer a toothache! Teeth should be treated immediately. The earlier you take it, the cheaper the treatment will be. It is better to give a couple of thousand now than to lose a tooth and put an implant instead, which costs 30 times more than to cure caries on time. Trust me.

the main thing that I realized by the age of 24 is that any important question in this universe can be resolved by watching a training video from a Hindu on YouTube. it is a limitless source of knowledge
from this it also follows that if the Indian did not record a vidos on your problem, then it is not important.

About gadgets
A robot vacuum cleaner saves about 15 days a year (you can spend it on anything), your lower back from vacuuming under beds, and you from allergies to dust and from awkwardness in front of guests for the slowly rolling clumps of cat hair in the spring. The main thing is that the vacuum cleaner has "antennae"!

If you spill liquid on the laptop, you need to turn it off IMMEDIATELY, pull out the battery, and turn it over so that everything drains out, then the count goes to seconds, which will decide how much it will be resurrected

a little expensive, but my mother taught me to eat semolina so much more than a dozen children, including me. with unsweetened cottage cheese, too, sometimes canals.

freeze berries, especially if there are many. pack in plastic jars, and, before closing the lid, cover with a piece of cling film - so all excess moisture will be on it when frozen. Freeze vegetables, but only if you are going to cook them - it tastes differently.

This is of course a trifle, but buying ground black pepper is a waste of money, with the same success you can just put yourself on your plate spit 🙃 I strongly advise everyone to invest in a pepper grinder / mill / yes at least a mortar and pestle and buy black pepper peas. Completely different taste and smell. 10/10

Cook long grain rice exactly 17 minutes after boiling with the lid closed in a ratio of one to two to water, fry mushrooms in small portions only in a pre-heated frying pan, without stirring them every ten seconds. Everyone should have this knowledge.

When the loaf of boiled sausage ends, it is inconvenient to cut the round pieces. It is better to cut the remainder lengthwise and then it is convenient to cut the halves in a semicircle, so it fits well on the sandwich. Like this: pic.twitter.com/amhgMfQDwd
