Cheese soup with chicken and potatoes

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 500 g
- Water 2 l
- Salt to taste
- Allspice 2 peas
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Potatoes 400 g
- 1 tbsp butter the spoon
- Onion 150 g
- Carrots 180 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Processed cheese 200 g
- Greens to taste
- Baguette to taste
Cooking method
Put fillets in a 3-liter saucepan and cover with water. Place the saucepan over medium heat. When the broth boils, season with salt, add allspice and bay leaf. Cook the meat for 20 minutes.
5–7 minutes after the broth has boiled, add the peeled and coarsely diced potatoes. While it is cooking with the chicken, fry in butter with chopped onions and grated carrots, season them with salt and ground pepper.
When the fillet is done, remove it from the pan and cut into cubes. Add frying to the soup and cook with potatoes for 5-7 minutes.
Then return the meat to the saucepan, cook for 3-4 minutes and add grated or finely chopped processed cheese. Stir the soup, wait for the cheese to melt, and remove from heat.
Garnish the soup with chopped herbs and pieces of baguette fried in a dry pan before serving.
