Workout of the day: short outdoor set

This short interval workout will work your thighs and calves, and work your glutes, arms, chest and abs. Find a shop and take five minutes to strengthen your body, increase endurance, and improve coordination.
You can do this complex at home - just choose a stable elevation so as not to fall off while jumping.

The workout consists of five exercises:
- Jumping onto the bench with a turn - 6 times.
- Push ups from the bench with a leg lift - 6 times.
- "Scissors" - 14 times.
- Reverse push-ups - 10 times.
- Jumping onto the bench - 5 times.
Do them one by one without rest. When you do the last, catch your breath a little, if necessary, and start over. Complete four circles.
