Diet "Rafaello" with cottage cheese, honey and almonds

Homemade sweets "Rafaello" made from cottage cheese are not only tasty, they are also healthier than store ones. Homemade treats contain half the calories.

Ingredients
- Low-fat cottage cheese 2 packs
- Honey to taste
- Dry biscuits 70 g
- Almonds 40 g
- Coconut flakes 40 g
- Vanillin to taste
- Dried apricots to taste
- Prunes to taste
- Pineapple to taste
Cooking method
Place the curd in a deep bowl, add the sweetener and stir.

In the same plate, finely break the cookies and make the mass homogeneous.
If desired, you can add vanillin, chopped dried apricots, prunes or pineapples.

Spoon the mixture with a teaspoon and roll into a small ball. Place the almonds inside.
You can substitute raisins, dried cranberries, or cherries for almonds.

Dip the ball in the coconut. Shape the candy from the rest of the mass in the same way.
You can use biscuits, chocolate chips, or waffle chips instead of chips.
Put the finished "Raffaello" (you should get about 30 pieces) on a plate or in a vase and send to the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
