How to prepare aspen mushrooms
Go through the mushrooms and discard the spoiled ones. Shake off the rest of the dirt and forest debris. Separate the legs from the hats. If you find worms, don't use them.
Carefully remove the foil from the caps and remove the damaged areas. If desired, clean the legs with a knife. Rinse mushrooms under running water and cut into pieces of the desired size.
If you plan to cook frozen food, transfer the required amount from the freezer to the refrigerator compartment a few hours before cooking.

How much to cook boletus
For soup, fresh mushrooms, cut into medium pieces, will cook for the same amount of time before freezing, pickling or pickling. After changing the water, cook them:
- in a saucepan - 20-25 minutes;
- in a slow cooker - 25-30 minutes;
- in the microwave - 15–20 minutes.
If you plan then fry boletus, cut the time in half.
It is also worth considering the size of the pieces: large ones are cooked for about 5 minutes longer than medium ones.
Cooking times for fresh and frozen mushrooms will be approximately the same. For boiled ice creams it will take 10-15 minutes less.
It is not difficult to determine that the boletus has been cooked: they will sink to the bottom of the pan, and the broth will become transparent. If the mushrooms remain on the surface after the recommended time, continue cooking for 3-5 minutes or longer.
