The complex consists of five exercises:
- Side plank push-ups.
- "Rock climber" crosswise with a jump to the hands.
- Turn with leg extension.
- Plank with touching feet.
- Alternating squat and jump lunge.
Do each exercise for 40 seconds and rest the rest of the minute. When you finish the last exercise, go back to the first and do the complex from the beginning. Complete four laps - this will take 20 minutes.
