In Russia announced the start date of the exam

At a meeting on education, the president announcedthat the Unified State Exam will start all over Russia, starting from June 29. The decision is associated with "a steady reduction in the threat of the coronavirus epidemic" in the country. At the same time, graduates who are not going to enter the university in 2020 will be able to get a certificate without passing the Unified State Exam.

Those who decide to take exams and enter a university will be able to apply without personal presence. Enrollment will take place in August, and students who, for good reason, could not pass the USE in June, will be able to take exams in the same format in August - if there are places left at the chosen university. Such students will be able to start their studies in September without losing a year, but the list of such weighty reasons is not specified.

In addition, the President instructed to increase the number of budget places in "priority areas of economic development, social sphere." Up to 60% of 2020 graduates will be able to apply for budget education.
