How to close your VKontakte profile

Someone hides content from their page to protect their personal space, others do not want possible problems with the law. It doesn't matter for what reason you want to close your profile on the social network: it's very simple.

Open the Settings menu.

Go to the "Privacy" section. If you are logged in, you can simply open this link.

At the very bottom of the page, find the "Profile Type" option and select "Private".

Confirm the action by clicking the "Yes, close" button.

Now all records and updates on your page will be available only to friends. Strangers and subscribers will not see anything except the name and profile photo.
